Asolo was defined by Giosuè Carducci as "The City of a Hundred Horizons" and is listed among the hundred most beautiful villages of historical interest in Italy.
An Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG sparkling wine with a strong character and distinct personality, starting from a very difficult viticulture, with a high hill with steep slopes characterized by well exposed soils and with a manual grape harvesting.
The vineyard is located in the high hills. It is characterized by as trong conglomerate rock matrix, with some marly-limestone banks. Its biodiversity represents one of the main factors which makes Asolo the exclusive land that it is.
